Wolseley UK has launched a brand-new industry leading website to offer customers an open all hours destination for ordering and managing their account. At wolseley.co.uk customers will find specialist knowledge and an extensive range of products from popular and exclusive brands.

Bringing together its specialist Plumb, Parts, Drain, Pipe and Climate Center brands under the single Wolseley banner, the new website gives customers everything they need all in one place. In addition to accessing personalised account prices, customers will also be able to check stock and place orders for collection or delivery across the entire Wolseley branch network.

Jeremy Maxwell, Chief Digital Officer said: “We are proud of the new website and the provisions that we’ve made for our customers. More of our customers are looking online for our services during branch closing times, so we’re thrilled to be able to offer the same level of customer care via the website.

“The website uses new technology that allows us to personalise the customer journey for each customer with regards to relevant and specialist content for the different trades. For example, when they visit the website, heating engineers would see PartsArena and our ERP calculator, whereas bathroom installers would see our Nabis ranges and the shower selector tool. This is all done to provide ease of use for the customer.”

The new website is designed around self-service and convenience for Wolseley’s customers. The My Account area on wolseley.co.uk provides a secure and convenient way to allow customers to take complete control of their business, whenever and wherever they need to.

Just like they would in a branch, customers can get real time access to branch quotes and convert them into orders, use “My Most Ordered” to find their favourite products, create lists for the products they buy most frequently and track current and past orders too.

Customers are not limited to a desktop as all functions on the new website are compatible with mobile and tablets. A handy ‘live chat’ links through to Wolseley’s dedicated online team who are available seven days a week – something that has already proved very popular with customers.
