The Board of Directors is pleased to announce the appointment of Patrick Berard as the new Chief Executive Officer of Wolseley. Patrick brings more than 20 years of global leadership experience in our industry, most recently serving at Group CEO of Rexel. Patrick has a strong track record of driving innovation that aligns with Wolseley’s mission and ambition for the future. Patrick will work with our talented leadership team to shape Wolseley’s next chapter of growth.

After two years as Wolseley CEO and five years as CFO Simon Gray will be stepping down as Chief Executive Officer at the end of this month. During his time in leadership positions Simon has led the business through many pivotal moments and under his direction he has positioned Wolseley as a strong and independent company and has laid a solid foundation for future success. We thank Simon for his vision, commitment, and loyalty to Wolseley during his tenure.
